We only sell our products on the Internet. Why do we do this? In order to keep costs low and so we don't need to have expensive retail stores or middlemen and retailers to inflate the cost to you. We also know that due to the personal nature of our products, many customers prefer the annonymity of shopping online instead of everyone seeing what you are buying when you are at the store checkout.

We don't just design and sell shavers - we are qualified skincare and hair removal specialists with many years technical experience and research in effective low cost hair removal and skincare.

We have produced to exacting specifications, our own line of personal shavers, the Hair eRazor™, specially designed in the USA and carefully made in the PRC. Of all the methods of hair removal, we know for a fact that  shaving with the Hair eRazor is the best, safest, most convenient and most cost effective way to remove any kind of unwanted body hair of any type or ethnicity, regardless of whether you are male or female.

We proudly use recycled materials in the manufacture of our shavers. The steel, aluminum, plastics and cardboard that you may have once owned are seeing life and usefulness once again and help to conserve the Earth's precious resources and energy. The rechargeable battery too is the Nickel Hydride type (NiMH) and not the toxic Nickel Cadmium (NiCad) type found in many less responsibly made and less advanced shavers.

We also do not send packing slips with your purchases as this duplicates the purchase information already emailed to you in any transaction. It also watses paper, fuel and ink and adds to your carbon footprint as well as wasting precious landfill space.

We will soon be embarking on a carbon neutral program where we buy carbon credits to offset the small about of carbon emitted in the production and shipping of our products. We encourage you to do the same .

We do not keep or sell mailing lists or reveal to anyone what you have purchased. Your transaction is entirely confidential and private and your credit card statement will only show a purchase from "The Image Makers."

Immediate and Private Shipping

We ship all orders via US mail usually the same day but always within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment - holidays excepted. Delivery is typically around 3-5 days for destinations in the USA and 10-14 days for most International destinations.

We ship in plain packaging and we do not keep mailing lists or reveal what you have bought to anyone. For International orders the Customs declaration is required to be marked as " Electric Shavers".

PLEASE NOTE: We will send you an informative email once you have completed your purchase.  This will give you important shipping information, hints and tips on product use and when to expect your package. This email will not reach you if you have provided a false or non working email address. If you use a Spam blocker or use an Internet provider like Hotmail or EarthLink that routinely blocks Spam you will also likely not get this important information. You can ask us to resend this.

Simply email us for an RMA number with a detailed explanation of what is wrong, and then send it back CLEAN and undamaged, with all packaging and accessories, within 30 days of purchase date (45 days if you purchase from outside the USA), for your money back, less shipping and handling and a $10.00 refund processing fee.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The Hair eRazor is warranted to be free from manufacturer's defect for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. This warranty specifically excludes normal wear and tear items, like blades, batteries and foils. Customer misuse is also excluded from the warranty.
